About the role
The Group HR Director will lead strategic HR initiatives for NoVi Holding, a diversified group operating in design & finishing, marketing services, and luxury lifestyle brands, reporting directly to CEO Ahmed Mohsen.
What you will do
- Design and implement group-wide talent acquisition and retention strategies aligned with the creative, marketing, and luxury brand portfolios.
- Oversee HR governance, policies, and compliance across all subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and international best practices.
- Lead the development of leadership pipelines and succession plans for senior roles in design, marketing, and brand management functions.
- Drive employee engagement programs that reflect the high‑touch, design‑focused culture of NoVi Designs & Finishing and the premium experience of Maison Nefer.
- Partner with Finance and IT shared services to integrate HR analytics, workforce planning, and digital HR platforms across the group.
- Manage compensation and benefits frameworks that balance competitive market positioning with the cost structures of the diversified businesses.
- Coordinate group-level learning and development initiatives, including creative skill upskilling, brand storytelling, and luxury service excellence.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and business unit leaders on organizational design, change management, and cultural integration during acquisitions or joint ventures.
What we are looking for
- 17+ years progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a diversified holding or multi‑brand environment.
- Proven track record in talent management for design, marketing, and luxury consumer sectors.
- Deep knowledge of Egyptian labor legislation and experience managing HR across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, and implementation of HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute compensation structures for creative and high‑end consumer brands.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of partnering with CEOs, CFOs, and creative directors.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with superior communication and presentation abilities.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM‑SC or CIPD certification preferred.
