This policy explains how NoVi Holding (“we”) handles personal information on novi-holding.com. It covers this website only. Our companies’ websites (novi-df.com, novi-ms.com, maison-nefer.com) have their own policies.
Who is responsible

Our analytics do not record your IP address, your location or anything you type into a form. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Analytics, cookies and your choice
Our analytics are our own. The data stays in our database and is not shared with an analytics company. What is stored in your browser depends on the choice you make in the cookie banner:
- Decline, or no choice yet: a random identifier kept only in that browser tab and deleted when you close it, so separate visits cannot be linked.
- Analytics only: the random identifier is kept in your browser so a return visit counts as the same visitor.
- Accept all: as above, and advertising tags from Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn or TikTok may load, if we have set them up, so we can measure our own campaigns. Those companies then handle that data under their own policies.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we treat it as “Decline” and advertising tags never load.
We also keep your cookie choice, and a copy of the site’s published text so pages open faster, in your browser. You can change your choice at any time in .
Who handles it for us
- Supabase: our database and file storage, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Hostinger: the server that delivers this website, in Germany.
- Resend: sends the emails you ask for, and the form notifications we receive.
- Cloudinary: delivers the images and films on the site.
- NoVi Holding’s group HR system: job applications, used for recruitment only.
Some of these providers may process data outside Egypt and Saudi Arabia, including in the European Union and the United States. We choose providers that protect it by contract and by technical means.
How we protect it
Only authorised NoVi Holding staff can open enquiries, applications, CVs and subscriber lists, and the database itself enforces that. CVs are stored privately and opened only through links that expire after one minute. The whole site is served over an encrypted connection.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) and Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, to stop or limit using it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. Write to info@novi-holding.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
When what we collect changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
