    Group Office Manager

    About the role

    The Office Manager will oversee all administrative and operational functions for NoVi Holding’s Commercial department, ensuring seamless support across its design & finishing, marketing services, and luxury lifestyle subsidiaries. Reports directly to Ahmed Mohsen, CEO.

    What you will do
    • Coordinate day‑to‑day office operations for the Commercial department, aligning with group‑level strategy and governance standards.
    • Manage vendor contracts and procurement for office supplies, facilities, and shared services (HR, Finance, IT) across all subsidiaries.
    • Facilitate cross‑functional communication between NoVi Designs & Finishing, NoVi Marketing Services, and Maison Nefer to ensure timely project support.
    • Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and cost‑control initiatives for office administration, reporting to finance leadership.
    • Implement and maintain compliance with corporate governance policies, health & safety regulations, and data protection standards.
    • Lead onboarding, training, and office‑culture initiatives for commercial staff, reinforcing the group’s brand values.
    • Prepare and present monthly operational performance dashboards to senior leadership.
    • Drive continuous improvement of office workflows, leveraging technology solutions from the shared IT services team.
    What we are looking for
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 13+ years of progressive office management experience in a diversified holding or multi‑business environment, preferably within design, marketing, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
    • Proven track record managing shared services (HR, Finance, IT) and coordinating across multiple subsidiaries.
    • Strong knowledge of Egyptian corporate governance, procurement regulations, and occupational health & safety standards.
    • Advanced proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and foster a high‑performance office culture.
    • Analytical mindset with experience preparing financial and operational reports for C‑level executives.
    How success is measured
    • Office cost variance kept within +/- 3% of approved budget each quarter.
    • Vendor contract renewal cycle completed 100% on schedule with at least 5% cost savings YoY.
    • Employee onboarding satisfaction score ≥ 90% as measured by post‑onboarding surveys.
    • Operational incident response time ≤ 24 hours for any facility or IT issue.
    • Monthly office performance dashboard delivered to CEO by the 5th business day with 100% accuracy.
